The Hagerman Group has been building on the Notre Dame campus since 1997. GDH served as the construction manager on our most recently completed Notre Dame project, the $70 million Jordan Hall of Science. The 202,000 s.f., state-of-the-art facility contains a digital visualization theater, rooftop observation deck, two 250-seat lecture halls, 40 laboratories, greenhouse, climate-controlled storage rooms, herbarium rooms, large study lounge, offices and classrooms.
Because this was a CM-at-risk project, we self-performed the masonry exterior of multi-colored Belden™ brick, winning an Indiana/Kentucky Golden Trowel Award from the International Masonry Institute.
We look forward to our latest project with Notre Dame, an expansion and renovation to the law school.
