The Hagerman Group has done an extensive amount of work for Eli Lilly & Company over the years. Two notable projects are the Lilly Clinic Addition and the Eli Lilly Corporate Headquarters expansion.
The Lilly Clinic Addition consisted of a two-story addition with a mechanical penthouse on top of the Adult Outpatient Center at IU Hospital. The clinic included research labs, a volunteer recruiting area, volunteer units with nurse station, dining area and conference rooms.
The Eli Lilly headquarters expansion, totaling more than $235 million, included a corporate administrative center, two 1,400-car parking structures, various site improvements and a 500,000 s.f. research and development facility containing both chemistry and biology labs.
