The $300 million Circle Centre Mall covers three-and-a-half city blocks in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. The shopping center includes 760,000 s.f. of retail space and parking garages for 4,000 cars. Terraced stairways, a campanile clock and bell tower, four pedestrian bridges, arched skylights and the domed, glass Indianapolis Artsgarden are featured in the landmark mall. Three historical facades were supported at the site while numerous others were removed and reconstructed in accordance with the City and Preservation Task Force.
